The present study is the possibility of the utilizing terry towel industry sludge for forestry species especially to increase production of paper and pulp wood species. As such, the terry towel industry in India is under pressure to find a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to the disposal of industrial sludge. Pot culture experiment was conducted from 2009-2010 at Forest College and Research Institute, Mettupalayam on two clone species Eucalyptus tereticornis (FC&RI-103) and Casuarina junghuhniana (CJ-29)
