The present study was initiated by a deep curiosity for the link between ethics and social responsibility in the corporate world. We had three goals: 1) explore the multi-dimensional nature of corporate social responsibility (CSR); 2) understand how a perceived CSR context is associated with an individual's more or less ethical judgement within an corporation; 3) and lastly, test some variables which may impact individual ethics.
