This book will provide a comprehensive information about conservation of medicinal plants specially to stevia. Its major goal is to emphasis the central role of plant tissue culture, that is one easy and viable way to conserve the plants. In modern world plants play the important role in Ayurveda, Homeopathy and in English medicine, either by using whole plant or by isolating the chemical constituents. Dearth of important medicinal plants day by day that make them critical or endangered , research on those plants is the need of hour. So, I succeeded to develop the invitro protocol of such highly escalated medicinal plant. My thanks to students, colleagues and research scholars who helped me in one way or other for developing this protocol, without their support the job was tedious.
