Innovation Capacity in Rural Women's Cooperative

The present study is aimed to analyzing the effective mechanisms on enhancing innovation capacity in Iranian rural women's cooperative, Tehran Province. Statical members of the study consisted of rural women's cooperatives members (N=788) of whom 240 were chosen as the sample size using cochran formula. The random sampling with fitted allocation was applied here. Results of the study indicated that the followings were ranked first respectively in using social mechanisms, economic mechanisms, psychological mechanisms, managerial mechanisms, instructional-promotional mechanisms, and policymaking mechanisms: customers' tastes and ideas, speed in doing works, concentration in a single geographical zone, communicating innovation experts, and providing transparent rules for accessing the financial resources.
