In This book There is fruitful effort to save Environment and aquatic system. Insecticides reach to aquatic system by direct application, aerial spraying, washing from the atmosphere by precipitation, erosion of land and discharge of effluent from the factories. The return of those pesticides to the earth mainly through rain and to a lesser extent through following dust. The pesticides pollute the aquatic ecosystem as they are carried by rain water. Here they pass into the food chain, phytoplankton-herbivore-carnivore and finally came to human beings. The degree of damage to these organs help in determining the toxicity of pesticides. A number of worker have studied several aspect of toxicity of pollutants on the liver and kidney of fishes but studies on the effect of Folidol toxicity of liver of Channa punctatus (Bloch.) is so major, so therefore this study is needed.
