Neglected Corporate Governance: The Case of SAZKA, a.s. reacts to a recent fall of traditional Czech lottery company SAZKA, a.s. It goes deep in the causes of its bankruptcy. The study argues that the failure was caused by wrong setting of corporate governance and resignation on execution of investors' rights from the side of the shareholders, sports associations, who instead of controlling the management let themselves being controlled by the management.
