it is believed that land certification enhances land tenure security of small farm holders and has significance impact on sustainable land resource management, productivity and development on dryland area. This study is to verify the impact of land certification on sustainable cultivated land resource management and farmers? perception on it in the dryland areas of Eastern Amhara Region. As result, this study pinpoints Amhara National Regional State (ANRS) to identify limitations of the land policy in dryland area, which in turn enables the region to search solutions for limitation of achieving final goals of it.
