1. MBE growth a.) Cu-Ga codoped ZnO epilayers are grown on sappire (Al2O3) substrates by Plasma-Assisted Molecular Beam Epitaxial. b.) The carrier concentration is displayed p-type. c.) Homemade MBE is possible to optimize the growth conditions. 2. Microwave growth a.) We have successfully synthesized ZnO NP by microwave-assisted process. b.) We synthesize the MgZnO nanopowders with different Mg contents by the microwave heating technique. c.) The Microwave-Assisted synthesis system is not a kitchen type nor a commercially modified kitchen microwave unit. d.) The as-grown ZnO (NP) samples were calcined at various temperatures to improve the crystalline quality and nanoparticle sizes.
