Autonomous Rescue Boat Lakhcaer Khan
Autonomous Rescue Boat
Lakhcaer Khan
This research book is based on a prototype for an Autonomous Rescue Boat. The main objective was to design and manufacture an autonomous boat capable of carrying out rescue operations. The boat moves autonomously in a fixed pattern checking for human presence after every few seconds. When it senses a human, the boat goes near that person and stops. This project can be implemented on a larger scale to fabricate a practically useful rescue autonomous boat. When loaded with a GPS to initially guide the boat, it could be deployed on sea shores, beaches, pools and floods to reduce the risk involved in a rescue operation.
