Grammar has long been part of education. Yet, the place of grammar games in the second language (L2) classroom has been underestimated. Games are now enjoying a revival, attracting an interest in all levels of education. This book explores the first and only study of student-developed grammar learning games in the L2 Spanish classroom. This book proffers another method of amalgamating student-centred L2 grammar learning and teaching. It also examines the relationship between students and the L2 teacher, and how utilizing this methodology makes students cognizant of their acquisition of the Spanish language and its grammar. The use of student-developed grammar games by autonomously learning grammar can empower students by providing them with the confidence, flexibility and responsibility for life-long learning.
