Book of Baboons: Biogeography of Catarrhine
Eshetu Moges Adamu
I am very delighted to express my feeling. I thought, the work has a great contribution for the scientific world, specially for Zoologists, Biogeographers, ecologists and anthropologists to have a clear understanding about the biogeography of the old word monkeys and mechanisms for their dispersal from the centre of origin. Moreover, the work enables the scientist to understand the factors for dispersalism, like vicariance, global climate change, plate tonics. Furthermore, it also enables to have a good concept about the different species and subspecies of baboons, how they adapt a specific climatic, or ecological zone of Africa.
