Youth ministry was once the training ground used by God to unleash people for the cause of Christ. Many youth ministry settings today treat youth as consumers while adult youth workers try to create palpable products. Too often teens aren't interested. "Youth Leadership in the Evangelical Church" is a project studying what scripture and society are saying about youth, what experts have learned about leadership, and ultimately shares a model churches can use grounded in research and cultural context.
