Administrative laxity among employees is one of the main cause of low productivity in any organisation. This feature is more common among government organisations. Because of this reason, an empirical research of Administrative Laxity has been planned. This study is based on the employees attitude towards their work. A sample survey is conducted in Saudi Post - A Government Organisation, in order to assess the real picture of Administrative laxity. It has been recognized that the regional studies could provide a better idea on this issue.
