Jew's mallow is a popular leafy vegetable crop. It is consumed as a fresh vegetable soup; even though the dried leaves could be used as well. Leaves contain vitamin A that protect from cancer. It has medical properties in anti constipation, ulcers, jaundice, heart weakness, treating dermal disorders and skins disease. Also, it contains vitamin D which help strong bones formation. It has a mucilage material that has medical effects for intestines ulcer.
