For facing the continuous increasing population problems and disability for cultivation newly reclaimed lands due to salinity and fresh water scarcity in the future. So it can alleviation, the harmful of soil salinity on growth, yield and quality of Jew's mallow by applied antioxidants as foliar application using natural and safe substituents in order to improve plant growth and total yield of vegetable crops under saline conditions. Jew's mallow is a popular leafy vegetable crop. It is consumed as a fresh vegetable soup; even though the dried leaves could be used as well. Leaves contain vitamin A that protect from cancer. It has medical properties in anti constipation, ulcers, jaundice, heart weakness, treating dermal disorders and skins disease. Also, it contains vitamin D which help strong bones formation. It has a mucilage material that has medical effects for intestines ulcer.
