God makes earth a very beautiful place. But as humans got knowledge they went towards industrialization and materialism which are the two basis of anthropogenic pollution. There are many occupations which are harmful for the workers and the environment. In the third world countries, small scale businesses are operating in open environments, which directly target the workers and the environment around them. Auto-body Refinishing is one of these professions. This book has three main parts: Estimation of Heavy Metals in environment around Auto-body refinishing workers, Removal of two of these Heavy Metals by using Natural adsorbents, for example, Crab shell, used tea leaves and clay. And suggestions for the stake holders to minimize the toxicity of this profession not only apply to the environment but also to the workers. The soul of this book is based on occupational health. Concentrations of metals around workers were found very high, which is the alarming condition for the workers and decision makers. Worker's health is not less important than health of any other human.
