Although there are various causes of poor performance of both teachers and students, each cause impacts to a certain degree on the performance, the purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of working conditions on the performance of TSC teachers of public secondary schools in Kajiado North district. The research findings showed that working conditions had an effect on the performance of the TSC teachers in public secondary schools in Kajiado North district by by 73.1%. This formed the basis for the conclusion that there is an inversely proportional relationship between working conditions and performance of teachers.
