The aims of educational system in modern societies are unprecedentedly changing in the world. As rightly pointed by John Deway, traditional aims of education such as moral aim,disciplinary aim and the informative aim. He said the schools should strive to elevate the aims of civics and social experience, vocational and practical usefulness and the individual development. Accordingly government of India has enacted the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory education Act 2009. In this regard attempt is being made in this research book to investigate the grass root level realities of implementation of the said act in adverse situation and response of weaker sections to the act. It has clearly come out from the field that there is need of multi pronged policy approach to deal with the situation is need of hour has been explained. To make Indian society just, egalitarian, cooperative social order in the age of globalisation.
