The project also highlights the way to improve entrepreneurial and leadership skills needed for women at home and in their workplace. This project also describes the need for establishing a soft skills training institute for women. "Learn and Share Institute (LAS Institute)" will be the start-up firm that will provide a variety of soft skills training programs and related services to entrepreneurial women, students, female employees and homemakers.
