The study has stressed the importance of philosophy of ancient Constitutions. The Raja Dharma, Buddhist dhamma have been depicted to know how these works became sources of Indian Constitution. The effort of British govt. to bring the systematic constitutional govt. has been discussed thoroughly in this study. After the dawn of independence, how India has been governed by successive Prime Ministers to create congenial atmosphere for the development. The economic crisis of 1990 which has brought cynical change among the politicians led to the growth of coalition era. All these aspects made India to knock at the doors of western countries under whose influence the Globalization has been ushered in India. During the Globalization, the scenario of Fundamental Right though not changed on the paper but it has failed to change the fortunes of people of India. The Judiciary became a silent spectator, watching all these aspects. The agenda of political parties during the election has been picturised and shown how the people are misguided through the agenda. Thus, study is an invaluable contribution to people who are subjected to untold miseries rather than benefits in the era of Globalization.
