Vulnerability Analysis of Titas Gas Field, Brahmanbaria,bangladesh: Seepage and Production Analysis Farah Rahman Omi

This Research was conducted in the North-Eastern part of Bangladesh under the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering in Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh to survey the gas seepage problem of Titas Gas Field, Brahmanbaria. As gas seepage is totally a underground phenomena and identification of seepage points is really a tough task, the author tried to spotlight some important issues regarding this seepage. She worked continuously from 2009 to 2011 to complete the research work up-to a remarkable accuracy. Dr. Mushtaq Ahmed, Professor, Civil and Environmental Engineering Department, Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh supervised the author with excellent guidance and continuous encouragement to successful completion of this research. The author wishes that this research will initiate more seepage related research works to an extent.
