Five genotypes of rapeseed were tested to evaluate yield, yield components and oil quality and quantity. The genus Brassica has over 150 species and represented by six agriculturally important species. Protein percentage, Moisture percentage, Glucosinolate, Erucic acid percentage, Oleic acid percentage and linolenic acid percentage in dried seeds were determined at Nuclear Institute for Food and Agriculture (NIFA) Peshawar by NIR system 6500. The objectives of the book is to confirm: 1. The evaluation of Rapeseed genotypes for their yield and quality potential. 2. The environmental interactions with various Rapeseed in climatic condition of Pakhal plains. 3. The best genotypes for the commercial cultivation. Therefore the book is unique and special.
