Benzene which is a volatile colorless and highly flammable liquid. It is a chemical pollutant coming from natural and anthropogenic sources, and is widespread in both indoor and outdoor atmosphere. The general population is exposed to benzene contained in gasoline, automobile exhaust, diesel fuel and cigarette smoke. The present study aimed to investigate the effect of benzene on hematological parameters, biochemical parameters and reproductive performance of mice and human.
