Human attitudes and values about wildlife vary both among and within different sectors of the society. Differences in wildlife attitudes may also vary among rural agricultural producers. Competition between man and wildlife has been reported from time immorial in various parts of the world. Past efforts to resolve the conflict may have failed or there may be political issues that exacerbate the situation.
