Insilico Drug Analysis & Antimycotic Activity: Chrysanthemum

A study on the effectiveness of alkaloids in Chrysanthemum cinerariifolium on HIV and as an antimycotic done by identifying the 3D structure of ligand molecules using PUBCHEM and 3D structure of receptor molecules using PDB. Chrysanthemum cinerariifolium samples were screened for secondary metabolites like alkaloids, tannins, flavonoids, and terpenoids using GC-MS and showed positive results. ADMET and TOPKAT properties of ligands were carried out through Accelrys Discovery studio 2.1.
