Teachers Students in Catholic & Private Higher Secondary Schools: Needs Assessments of the Teachers & Students in Catholic and Private Higher Secondary Schools of Lahore City Feroz Usmani

The study was conducted for needs assessment of the teachers and students study/working currently in higher secondary of Lahore. For the attainment of the purpose, 304 sample was taken, amongst them, 240 were students and 64 were teachers. In the light of data obtained and findings of the study, certain conclusions were drawn. Following are the areas of conclusions of the study. Socio-Demographic Characteristics, School building facilities & quality of classrooms, Teaching staff and school curriculum, Teaching session & quality of education Student?s Social & Moral Development, Students Cognitive Development, Sports activities & physical development, Counseling Services, Cafeteria, food services & hostel facilities Extra curriculum activities Parents involvement Strengths & Areas of improvement, Course Delivery and Teaching, Training and development, Contract, Terms and Conditions, Class Room Management.
