In case of antimicrobial activity, two bacterial strains ( S.aureus, E.coli) and two fungal strains (A.niger, Trichophyton sp.) are being used. As well as the antioxidant activity is conerned two assays DPPH and Total Antioxidant activity were used to determine the values. Dermatologicla activity ofthe extracts ws determined by applying the extracts on the rabbit ear and irritancy was noted by the strength and tendency of the skin redness.
