Quality of Service Provided by Hospitals: in Surat Nandish Upadhyay

As the growth of service industry is playing huge role in the growth of the economy of INDIA. For that to analyse and measure the service quality of health care providers is very important. Research data will help to understand the services provided by private and government players and comparison among their service quality. Researcher has done research in different indoor patient survey for project work and data is collected as primary source of data collection through interview. Questionnaire is being used for research and at the end of the project work researcher found the useful data and the GAP between expected and what are the services being provided by hospitals. It helps to find where the hospital is lacking and what parameters make them prior in the strong necessary competitive market in the country.
