This study aimed at finding out administrative short falls in health care management in Uganda and took a case study of For Portal Regional Referral Hospital. The problem statement of the study was Inadequate financial and human resources as well as infrastructure which made health care administrative management in Ugandan hospitals a challenge which created need for this study to evaluate the administrative shortfalls in healthcare management in a Referral Hospital and finding their solutions.
