Attracting the best employees is one of the main challenges of any company, and the means of attraction are very important to be developed and to be effective. There are several possible tools how to catch the attention of the best professionals in addition to wages and company location ? different benefits, which are offered and paid by company. These benefits could include: company car, telephone, cabin, newspapers, private health insurance, possibility to be involved into charitable activities, etc. The last two are relatively new, but developing in Norway. The aim of current research is to examine the importance of paid private health insurance and possibility to be involved in charitable activities, as employment benefits for potential employees in order to understand, how they should be effectively manipulated for attracting the best workforce. The data was collected in Oslo, Norway.
