English summary: In the series "Demotische Dokumente aus Dime," the results of the DFG research project 'Soknopaiou Nesos according to the demotic sources of Roman times' are published. This volume contains over forty mostly bilingual documents, of which two-thirds are now completely edited for the first time (both the demotic and the Greek-language parts). Only a few sources of demotic or bilingual documents of the Roman period are known, which means that Soknopaiou Nesos (Dime), with its tradition of demotic notaries dating back to the second half of the 1st Century AD, plays a particularly important role for research. The corpus includes mainly sales and insurance documents, along with some marriage and divorce certificates, providing insights into the life and housing conditions of the ancient Egyptian city. The demotic and Greek list of terms, including people, gods, and place names, is accessible through a glossary. With few exceptions, all documents on the attached sheets are represented at a scale of 1:1. German text. German description: In der von Karl-Theodor Zauzich herausgegebenen Reihe "Demotische Dokumente aus Dime" werden die Ergebnisse des DFG-Forschungsprojektes 'Soknopaiu Nesos nach den demotischen Quellen romischer Zeit' publiziert. Band 3 enthalt uber vierzig zumeist bilingue Urkunden, von denen zwei Drittel nun erstmals vollstandig ediert werden (d.h. sowohl der demotische als auch der griechischsprachige Teil). Nur aus wenigen Orten sind noch demotische bzw. zweisprachige Urkunden der romischen Zeit bekannt, sodass Soknopaiu Nesos (Dime) mit seiner bis in die zweite Halfte des 1. Jahrhunderts n. Chr. reichenden Tradition demotisch schreibender Notare fur die Forschung eine besonders wichtige Rolle spielt. Das Corpus umfasst uberwiegend Verkaufs- und Sicherungsurkunden, daneben einige Teilungs- und Ehefrauenurkunden, die Einblicke in die Lebens- und Siedlungsverhaltnisse der antiken agyptischen Stadt geben. Der demotische und griechische Wortbestand einschliesslich Personen-, Gotter- und Ortsnamen wird durch ein Glossar erschlossen. Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sind alle Urkunden auf den beigelegten Tafeln im Massstab 1:1 abgebildet.
