SynopsisThis is a work of Science Fiction Dick suffers and survives a killer disease and the reason for his survival is because Joel, an Alien, needs to send him on a quest. A quest that is based on biblical Noah, but with a modern day twist. The aliens, therefore, have given Dick a name more befitting to his task, and that is... Nuah! As the aliens are the actual creators of the homo sapiens and the developers of Earth, they want to wipe out Earths populace because of the way they've been treating the planet, that is, land, sea and air and, of course, man's inhumanity to man. So with the uncaring nature of the human race, planet Earth is in dire straits and needs an urgent 'clean-up' before becoming just another piece of rock in the Solar System, ... like Mars. Joel, therefore, offers Dick a chance to save a small community of people in the hope of developing a better natured form of the human race to 'reboot' Planet Earth. Dick loves life and because he has always wanted to fly his own Super VC10 aeroplane, Joel is affording him the opportunity to do just that. Where Noah built and used an ark, Dick builds aeroplanes and uses them. So Joel is giving Dick just over six years in which to do so, while having fun with life at the same time. Sadly, at one stage of his life, Dick and his daughter, Kerri, grew apart, so he enlists her help in order to make amends. Because of man's impending demise, this brings father and daughter together and the bond becomes strong, ... extremely strong. He also enlists some family members and friends to help him with the task at hand. His nephew, Phil, designs and builds a special machine that replaces the internal combustion engine, so they manufacture motorcars using the new drive unit. Dick purchases a shipping company, and also has a housing estate built, where both are supplied with clean electricity by using Phil's new drive unit. All this must happen prior to them moving to their new safe haven, but how can Dick complete his task in a little over six years? Well there's a special helping force that he eventually finds out about. For Joel, however, he too has a problem. Many years ago, he and his family fought for the occupation of many planets in many solar systems, with Earth being no exception. Towards the end of Dicks quest, Joel's enemy, once more, attacks Joel and his family and an intergalactic war takes place, not only within Earths atmosphere, but also in outer-space. Needless to say, all hell breaks loose.
