Not every EMT is created equal. Some have superpowers. Those that do fly, run, and grow to enormous sizes. Travel with each EMT as they answer calls of heroes in distress. They work in unusual situations and deal with odd people. And they do this all while dealing with super powered villains and saving lives. Though none of them have blaring sirens or glowing lights, they all make noise on the scene. But every EMT at Special Delivery answers the call when it comes in. Even if they aren't called.
