In the modern world of cell phones and video cameras the events of today's news are captured for all to see. A murder takes place in an Oakland alley and is captured by a young man on his way to the grocery store. Two corrupt policemen, who commit the crime, try to stop the youth and retrieve the video, but to no avail. William Ray's daughter becomes involved in the case and asks her father for help. Cocaine, hookers and kickbacks from drug gangs make up the life of these two Bad Apples on the police force. A private investigation takes place with the intent of making an arrest and bringing these men to justice.
