Introduction I write this book aims to explain whether training program must be either needed to any organizations in order to raise productivities, efficiencies or improve performance etc. different aspects effect to be beneficial to any organization or waste money and time to spend training program expenditures. Do any kinds of organizations must be beneficial, such as raise employees' efficiencies, productivities and improve performance after any training programs are arranged to be trained to trainees from their training department's trainers? Is any kind of training program useful to any organization ? How to find and design the best suitable training program to satisfy every employee individual need in any organization? In this book four chapters, I shall give my opinions to attempt to answer these above questions. In final chapter, . I shall give one organization training case study to explain how my reasons are supported my conclusion. Finally, I expect my readers can learn how to design any training courses to attribute beneficial needs to your employees and organizations.
