Born in 1908 to good and faithful catholic parents, Albert Quesnel, my great uncle, became the most ruthless killer of the 20th Century. Deprived of heart, soul, and compassion his life was a series of insane and vicious acts of violence against women, many elderly. His ability to evade the law and mercilessly force family to participate in is vile crimes, kept him from hanging until 1949. Caught, arrested, and charged, the communities of northern Ontario believed they were rid of a notorious rapist and killer. However, they were not!
