This book came about because I didn't have a clue about what happens to a person during Pregnancy, and ultimately the big, frightening end game of the actual Birth.

I felt that if I could unveil a few of the minor and major things that happen during this massive event, then perhaps other women might not feel as apprehensive as I did first time around.

I had the manual, which told me the actual facts about the every day growth of the baby inside me, but I didn't have the manual about the thoughts, feelings and fears which would assail me daily.

From conception (nothing smutty honest!) to giving birth (no smut ever again), I've given you an idea of what it was like for me and my journey through one of the biggest achievements of my life.
