You can use a journal to help you work through your emotions and think more clearly about how you feel. When we have a positive experience, we can use that moment as an emotional anchor. When we able to describe and label our emotions we can take control of the feeling rather than letting the emotion control us. By writing our feelings down, we can give our self some distance, and that will help us understand ourselves. In this journal, I encourage you to take a moment each day and answer some of the thought-provoking questions about how you feel. I left much room for exploration. Room to draw or write or even make a collage to express ourselves. The title has been deliberately chosen for your own interpretation. Did you read "So, what if I feel?" or did you read "So what, if I feel?" the answer to this question may give you a moment to pause.
