This book is suitable for those aged 16 and over. Many of the topics are of an adult nature, therefore not suitable for younger children. Parents and teachers however, can use it as a learning resource, as much of the content is suitable for younger children. I know many people that are suffering from ill health. Some of these people are in their forties. Their poor health however, would suggest they were in their seventies. A poor diet and lack of exercise can cause poor health at a young age. Why is this happening in our so-called 'age of information'? In this book I look at improving the functioning of body systems: the immune system, digestive system, brain function and memory. I am confident that, after following my advice, you too will soon be enjoying good physical and mental health. Of course, the younger you are when you begin, the more rewards you enjoy in later life.
