The past teaches us to camouflage and bury our pain until we become numb and never allow the wounds to be addressed. Yet the effects of the pain manifest over time in many different stages and areas of our lives, which hinders each of us from becoming full spectrum and serviceable vessel. The level of Pain you experience is equal to the level of anointing God has placed over your life. The greatest disciples and leaders of the Bible endured and suffered tremendous pain. Chosen vessels are broken and trained for battle through painful experiences. The process teaches each of us how completing and engaging in the workbook activities will assist broken vessels with overcoming inherited characteristics of the person, place or issue that created pain. The longer we harbor the pain the longer the dysfunction remains in our inner man. The determinant depends on the level of behaviors, personality traits, and symptoms each person displays that categorize the type of potential mental illness.
