Having been unceremoniously pushed out of the Army, ex-CAG operator Ryan Jackson, intends to settle into a quiet life as a farm hand in rural Minnesota. However, before he can start his new job, Ryan is swept up in a Secret Service arrest of an old man accused of printing counterfeit money. Strangely, it seems the old guy intended to be arrested. As Ryan follows the threads of this mystery he discovers that vicious Chinese businessmen are part of an illegal weapons manufacturing operation, which is funneling more than just arms to North Korea. But that is just the beginning. Two men from the U. S. Army are threatening Jackson's family for an alleged theft of 3 million dollars and a pair of Saudi assassins intend to kill him. And there are connections, through the Pentagon, that lead all the way to 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Being one of the best snipers in the world, Ryan goes in search of a clear target.
