The Illvaettir War should be over. The threat posed by the Hunnic hordes should be finished. The Elves should be safe. Yet the dark sorcerer, Gansükh, rules Azar Payegan, a Hunnic Shahdom right next to the elves and he holds Darband, the major gateway through the Greater Caucasus Mountains. While he still lives, the elves cannot be safe. A very special assassin is sent. To kill him (before his daimon can prevent it), she must chose her time and get closer to him than anyone else.
