The Brogues are a pair of gay, cross-dressing private detectives. Within the city sprawl they open a new office, next to a large council estate, in a former funeral directors complete with a dilapidated horse-drawn hearse, stable and outbuildings. They intend to 'clean-up' the estate, vigilante style.
