Over the years, his commentaries and viewpoints have become increasingly popular with Pinoys in the United States, Philippines and abroad. In 2003, Perry started publishing his opinion articles by the name of Perryscope. Today, Global Balita is a daily-published online culmination of Perryscopes, social commentaries, news and features from a variety of respected sources about Filipinos and all that affect them. All articles can be read freely online at his website PerryScopes or Global Balita, easily accessible in the internet. The articles are being archived in printed or hardcopy for posterity under print-on-demand system so that prints will never run out. I publish writings as they remain relevant anytime. I have seen a lot of good writings in the internet, in magazines and newspapers. But most writers have only one or two articles and therefore not enough material to be published as a book. And yet, many of them need to be published or archived. There are also writers who write a lot but never publish them. There are also old books with no more prints available. The solution is to publish/reprint. I do this for free because of the print-books-on-demand (POD) system, but the printed or hardcopy is not free The printed book will always be there among your collections or libraries. Not all use the internet. The internet access has its technical problems. I can produce fiction, non-fiction, in color also.
