Children are born with the sweetest innocence in the sense that everyone is the same. As they begin to grow society begins to change their prospective on the category in which they fall. As adults we try to help them understand that being different is ok. However, as we turn on the television it is hard to hide them from these labels. With this story Luna, a real dog, tells her story of how she has found where and how she belong. In this story I share how she and I found each other, the obstacles she faced on this journey and the fears that she may have felt as her role changed. This allows all categories of people who read this story to be able to relate, understand and smile knowing that they are not alone in this world.
