Captive Angels is a true story of survival, and courage against all odds. It is the retelling of a story about heroic women that few people know about despite it happening almost seventy-five years ago, and an important part of American history. Through diary snippets of information it is a recounting of almost four years in time that makes both men and women proud of a band of 68 women serving in the U. S. Army during World War II. Captive Angels tells of hope, strength, dedication, and total faith that should encourage all ages of women today to stay the course, and survive. This war diary tells of camaraderie and teamwork of everyday women who ministered to others, despite their near starvation, illness and pain to serve their country, and win their own private war and hell.
