S. Cavalry Remington over the years, changed his outlook on the American military organization from his close proximity to the subjects of his sketchesand paintings. Initially, the military was part of his conveyance, and protection as he started to explore America's old west. "Military Remington West" Is taken from sample images of Remington's works in the Public Domain. They are not in any particular order. As you will discover, the detail is precise as he recorded individuals or as in the cover a heroic effort. A proponent of the military in the beginning, Remington began to falter in this belief as the organization began to show its failures to perform.
