A captain and her crew come under attack by a new species that will soon be known as the New Breed. Unsure how the species boarded their battleship, they rely on their captain to keep them alive, only to discover their troubles have only begun. Their mission should have been to reach the hidden planet of Shieleer, only the crew find themselves on a deadlier course, battling alien species they never knew existed. Although their battleship is one of the largest in the multiverse, the small size of their crew has made them vulnerable for attack. They need help, lots of it, and search a V-Station for species of any kind to help them fight. It's there their luck changes when they come in contact with a vampire species known as the Pscifers. It seems the Pscifers have waited years for this meeting, because according to prophecy, only The Chosen Eleven, which is the same size as the crew, can stop the New Breed from infecting all planets. And what they're fighting against isn't mortal and isn't alone, but ancient, deadly gods capable of plunging every world into utter darkness.
