Effective Church Management is a handbook for Pastors and Church leaders concerning what exasperates them most. Leaders may passionately share the plan or strategy their churches have to reach their cities; they teach and preach the Bible, grow flourishing children's and youth ministries and host prayer meetings, conferences and events. The list is ostensibly endless. However, when asked about what keeps them up at night, church leaders will often go through a list of issues integrated by a universal subject: Church Management and Administration.
