Musings... A Sort of Memoir is a collection of poems, essays, short stories and a novella that will give the reader, especially my grandchildren, a sense of who the grandmother/author is. A memoir of an unremarkable life would be difficult to read in this world of tweets. The reader of this book can read a few pages, put the book down and return to it later without losing a sense of the character. My friends and family will probably chuckle and sigh as they try to discover some secret in the life of the author. The also may be looking for some reference to themselves. I hope new readers will find a few moments of enjoyment as they navigate this chronicle of a twentieth-century woman extending her life into the twenty-first and wondering about tomorrow and what life will bring.
