Islam's Prophet Muhammad's life as its final prophet can be divided into two distinct periods, his time in Makkah where he spread Islam by word of mouth and preaching. The second, and most important, is his time in al-Madinah where he donned the robe of a politician and a warrior for Allah. It was during this period that Islamic advancement exploded and Islam moved forward at a rapid rate. In The Qur'an of Al-Madinah, the final Revelations of Allah to Muhammad are grouped into the order which they were revealed. With Muhammad being heralded as the "seal" or final prophet, these are the eternal last words of Allah to Muhammad and the Believers at large. This "amplified translation" adds both references to the events in Muhammad's life as these Revelations were disclosed to him, but also sets itself apart from other available translations because many words are defined right in the text. This greatly advances the understanding of the reader to what the verses mean and because they are intertwined into the life of the prophet, they are placed into a previously unavailable perspective. This timeline, which is missing in other versions of the Qur'an, is essential to complete understanding of the text. Finally, the reader can be assured of a remarkable experience in reading Islam's most holy book.
